2. About NYBH
NYBH is operated by Cornkamwi Paragon Technologies (CKPT), a Namibian-owned software company based in Windhoek, Namibia. The platform provides business information, tools and resources for Namibian youth entrepreneurs.
3. User Accounts
You must provide accurate information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and password. CKPT is not liable for any loss or damage from your failure to maintain account security.
4. Content and Use
NYBH content is for informational purposes only. Business information, funding amounts, and regulatory requirements change over time. Always verify critical information with the relevant Namibian authorities (BIPA, NamRA, NYDF, SSC) before acting on it.
5. AI Advisor
The AI Business Advisor provides general guidance only. It is not a substitute for professional legal, financial or business advice. CKPT makes no warranties about the accuracy or completeness of AI-generated responses.
6. Intellectual Property
All content on NYBH, including articles, templates, business ideas, and code, is the intellectual property of CKPT unless otherwise stated. You may use templates for your own business but may not redistribute or resell them.
7. Limitation of Liability
CKPT is not liable for any business decisions made based on information from NYBH, or for any loss or damage arising from use of the platform.
8. Changes to Terms
CKPT reserves the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
9. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Namibia. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Namibia.
