When you create an account on NYBH, we collect: your name, email address, and password (stored as a secure hash). We also collect usage data such as which business ideas you save, calculators you use, and AI Advisor conversations.
2. How We Use Your Information
We use your information to: provide personalised recommendations, save your business plans and goals, improve the platform, and send relevant updates about Namibian entrepreneurship opportunities. We do not sell your personal data to third parties.
3. Data Storage
Your data is stored on Hostinger servers and is protected by industry-standard encryption. NYBH complies with Namibia's data protection obligations.
4. AI Conversations
AI Advisor conversations are processed by Anthropic's Claude API. Please do not share sensitive personal or financial information in the AI Advisor. Conversations may be stored to improve the platform.
5. Cookies
NYBH uses session cookies for authentication and localStorage for saving your preferences (dark mode, saved ideas). We do not use third-party tracking cookies.
6. Your Rights
You have the right to access, correct, or delete your personal data. To exercise these rights, contact us at info@cornkamwipt.com. We will respond within 14 days.
7. Third-Party Services
NYBH uses: Anthropic Claude AI (AI Advisor), Hostinger (hosting), Bootstrap and Font Awesome CDN (UI libraries). Each has their own privacy policy.
8. Data Retention
We retain your account data for as long as your account is active, or as needed to provide services. If you delete your account, we will delete your personal data within 30 days.
